Weekend's over. :/ Seemed to go by pretty quickly, oh well.
Finished up my stamp project for history, Michelle phoned me today and I found out I needed 4 sources. Bleh, I only had two. So I had to go and actually work on it. And the stamps needs to be colourful, so I just made it blue, white, and red. Actually it's more grey, since it was a black and white picture…
Anyway, I actually practiced drums today. For 2 - 3 hours. Whoa.
I was listening to one of my CDs and I can play "Don't Bring Me Down" (ELO) and you can actually tell what it is. I can play Ruby Tuesday as well, it's basically the same thing but with little fills, I just can't get the last one in because he changes the number of bars he plays or something.
I also was listening to "I Think I Love You" (Partridge Family) and I figured out how to do this cool thing with the high hat. I don't know if it's a *good* thing to do, or if I'm doing it properly, but it sounds cool.
My brother brought down his guitar and we played "Come Together" and it actually wasn't that bad. I can only play the beginning of it though. Before when I just played it without any accompaniment it sounded stupid because I didn't have the right timing, but now it seems all right. :)
