Today was seventies day, so I wore my Chachi T-shirt. :) I'm trying to figure out how they got the picture of Chachi on the shirt. They couldn't have used an iron on thingy because there's no extra gunk around it. They couldn't have used a stencil because there are a bunch of little islands. Hmm…
Anyway, they were going to play Jaws today, but it was cancelled. I hadn't planned on going anyway. Now, if it was Tommy they had cancelled… well, I would not be a very happy camper.
They were playing "Guess That Song" in the gym at lunch, and so we got to play for free since that's where we eat lunch. :P I knew most of the songs, there were a few I wanted to yell out because no one was getting them. They played "Smoke On The Water" and everyone got it after "do do DO" but I got it after the first "do". Ha ha. And "Magic Carpet Ride", that was so easy, I got it before the song even started, I don't know if anyone actually guessed that one. "Stayin' Alive" everyone knew right away though. :P It's a good thing I didn't play because I would've beat everyone. :D
But now I'm mad, because I can't find my Mike Nesmith book and I suspect I dropped it at school.

If I lost that I would be crying my eyes out and I'd be at school trying to break in and look for it.

I don't remember where I saw it last. This morning it wasn't in my bag, so I came to my room to look for it but didn't see it, so I went to school because I would've been late if I'd kept looking. I didn't see it in my locker today. I looked a bit in my classes but didn't see it. I still figured it was at home.
Yesterday I had Guitar last. I might've accidentally left it under one of the band stand-y things. But Kristen I think had vocal first today in the same room, so she would've seen it.
UNLESS THERE WAS AN EVIL CUSTODIAN IN LOVE WITH THE MONKEES WHO STOLE IT!
I think I did bring it home yesterday though. I remember my bag felt awkward, because I'd had my history book and lunch bag in it, I think I saw my book in there as well but I'm not positive.
I didn't bring it with me at lunch because I went to watch A Hard Day's Night.
I know I had it on Sunday, because that's when I was reading it. Did I finish it Sunday? Or Monday night? I know I finished it at home. Sunday night perhaps? I think it was Sunday night.
I didn't bring it at lunch at all this week.
I think on Monday morning I found one of my point form sheets at school that I couldnt' find before, and I colour-coded it. But I don't know if I had the book then or not.
Oh! What day was it in Communications that I had it? Monday? Tuesday I worked on my website. If it was Monday that I read in class, then I would've had to finish it on Monday night.
Or was it Friday? One day I did my essay and one day I did my website.
Okay, according to my blog, at 6:00 PM on Sunday I was not yet finished the book. I know I finished the mondegreens, I think I worked on the essay again after that, but I'm not sure. Sunday Desparate Housewives was on and I know I watched that.
Monday was fifties day. Communications first. Website or history? I think I must've done the site on Monday.
Wait, if I did the site Monday, what did I do yesterday?
Today we started the new project.
Yesterday had to have been the website.
That means Monday morning, first period, Communications, I had my book. But I did not finish it in that class.
WAIT! New evidence!
Page 192, The Monkees Connection and the star. I know I did that in school. I seem to think it was in French class.
So that would mean that YES, I had the book on Monday night, which is when I finished it!
MEANING, THEREFORE…
a) The book was left at home on Monday night and then disappeared
b) The book was brought to school on Tuesday and then lost
c) The book was brought home on Tuesday and then disappeared
Okay! So we're getting closer!
So, if the book is not at home, it was lost on Tuesday.
Now, when did I have it on Tuesday?
Tuesday I had History first. We continued watching Amistad. Our homework was the first page of the study guide for chapter 12. Which is why I brought my history book home.
I probably would not have brought my book to class on Tuesday if I had finished reading on Monday night. Not just History, any class.
Which would mean it's at home or in my locker. I didn't search my locker throughly, but I don't recall seeing it there.
If it was at home, it would be around my desk, which it is not, at least that I can see.
Okay, we'll I'm gonna go search.
