So today Brittany and I finished Project Rudolph. It came together super great. You know the beginning, the "you know Dasher and Dancer…" part? Well, we filmed a bunch of kids from our Communications class playing in the snow and we edited together a bunch of the shots to play during that part. It was perfect, it changed to a different shot right at the right time, and it wasn't even on purpose.
Then after that, we have all the people singing Rudolph, one line per group, though I think we repeated one of them at the end. We have the lyrics at the bottom of the screen, it's all really cool.
I mean, if we had an extra day, and if it was just me, I would've nit picked the thing to death. But it came together nicely, all in all.
I'm not sure if the teacher was talking about our video, but I thought I head him say "…definitely going in the DVD Yearbook…" today. Hee hee.
And I have to say, I really enjoyed doing it. Well, the editing more than the taping.
Whatever job that is, I want to do.
Though, I mean, an editing person? That's not really glamourous. No one's going to say "oh man, I've gotta have that girl editing my film!" A camera person is really just told what to do, right? So no fun there. I honestly don't think I have a chance of being an actress.
A director though. I've heard of some famous directors. And me = wants to be famous. Sooo, director might be it.
Though, they don't do anything with the computers.
So computers = not famous. Oh well. Can't have your bed and lie in it too.
