I don't know about you guys, but I've been having an awful time trying to get on my site. Might just be my ISP, I don't know.
Anyway. I've been thinking of lots of things to write the past few days, but haven't had time, hadn't been able to get on, etc.
I don't have time right now technically, I should be working on my French project. But oh well. It's not due 'til Thursday.
Why do people always write "'til" as "'till"? Duh.
Saw another Arrested Development episode with Scott Baio. "Bob Loblaw's Law Blog". Ha ha.
Apparently, AD was cancelled. This I find stupid. While I don't particularly like AD, it's a funny show. There are so many other shows that are the same thing, just regular sitcoms with a mom and a dad and bitchy teenage kids. AD is different. It's fast paced. It's funny in a different way. It's funny as in funny. Not funny as in stupid, which is what most of TV is now.
Desperate Housewives and That 70s Show are the only new shows with new episodes that I watch, but even those I don't watch religiously. Everything else is reruns - Charles In Charge, Seinfeld, Brady Bunch, Cheers, Happy Days… all old shows. Back when TV was funny.
Speaking of old, I was watching Jeopardy today and I saw a commerical for "The Clapper". You know, "clap on, clap off"? Followed by a commerical for "Chia Pets"! "Ch-ch-ch-chia!"
I thought I'd gone through a time warp. Pretty strange. But I'd gladly do the time warp again.
Here's another strange thing. I want it that way.
Today in French some people were talking about The Count of Monte Cristo, and how Fernand married Mercedes, then they were asking if he was a good husband, and going off on all this nonsense. So then the teacher says "can we talk about the book and not about adultrey?" or something. Now, me thinks "A Daltrey?" Bwhahaha. I'm so funny.
Now I don't remember why exactly I wanted to post. I do have several semi written posts saved that I need to write, but probably never will write. Oh well.
Ta tatty ta.
