I don't see you giving coolcherrycream.com credit for the coding in your premade lookups and she's the originator of the slighlty modified sidebar coding you're using.

When I read that I was like "Whoa! Originator! EXCELLENT!" Ha ha.
Me, I don't mind if people use my codes and don't give credit. I'd be more surprised if they did give credit. Because I mean, I don't own the codes. It's just CSS and HTML, I didn't make those up.
Okay, I admit it, I love View Source. Because hey, I learn things from it. If I see someone with some weird thing on their lookup, I'll view source and figure out how they did it. But I don't go and post the same code on my site. Since making DFL I've learned quite a bit HTML and CSS, so I'm able to figure out how to do it on my own, but viewing someone else's code can put you in the right direction.
I'm fine with anyone viewing my source. I'd just rather they don't steal my scroll bar colours or whatever, because I came up with that colour scheme. But if they looked at the scroll bar and said "what an awesome pink!" and then viewed source to find the hex code, that's just fine. Or if they wanted to find out the code for the scroll bar but changed the colours, that's fine to. But to take it without changing a thing I don't like.
The codes I have in text areas, I don't care if people don't change a thing. It'll look ugly though. I mean, they're all yellow boxes with blue text and red borders, and magenta and lime scroll bars. Who'd want those? Some people apparently, but I don't mind. I didn't spend time trying to figure out what colours to use.
For someone to steal an entire lookup or site layout, that's wrong. Taking bits and pieces and incorporating them into your site or being inspired by someone else's layout is fine.
Taking someone else's site name or content is wrong. If people email me asking to translate my tutorials into another language, I'm fine with that.
I don't particularly like people who put my templates on their site. Once again, my templates anre blue and magenta and lime, so it doesn't matter *too* much. But that sidebar template took a darn long time to get it right.
If you use a bit of someone else's code (and change it), I don't think you need to give credit.
Using someone else's graphics or content, you should definitely ask first, and if the original owner agrees, you should give credit. If they don't agree, you don't use it, plain and simple.
And that's my view on the subject. Not that anyone asked. :)
