*sigh* I said I'd stop starting new projects. But did I listen? OF COURSE NOT!
Anyway… hmm… I thought I had a lot to write about, now I can't seem to remember…
Y'know that show, Unan1mous? Well, maybe not. There's been about three episodes, it's on after American Idol. It's nine people in this "bunker" and they have to unanimously decide who gets the $1.5 million. They couldn't decide the first time, so the money started going down about $2 a minute. They also revealed "secrets" about the house mates or whatever. One of them filed for bankruptcy even though they had money, one had live ammunition, one of them was insane. So they decided which secret was worst, then that person became an "outcast" and was no longer eligible for the money. The crazy guy, Richard, was "outcast". Then someone decided to leave because they couldn't take it, so the money was cut in half. Blah blah blah.
Last week, Richard was like, stalking the cameras, and talking to the cameras, and acting really strangely. Now, I know, he's "crazy". But I didn't think crazy people acted like they were, well ACTING.
It just didn't seem real. Very scripted like.
Last night, the third episode, I was pretty sure it was fake. Maybe everyone except Steve (the one guy they were gonna give the money to in the beginning, but someone ruined it by voting for someone else) was an actor. But maybe Steve's an actor as well. I dunno.
Also, they vote using these round metal balls with names inside them, then put them down some tubes, then they appear in front of the host guy, who's on a TV set. Now, come on, you're telling me that they RANDOMLY showed all the votes for Steve first, then Steve's vote (he couldn't vote for himself, so they're be one vote not for him), then the last vote is the one NOT for Steve? The first day, I'd figured that out. They obviously put them in order.
Then, after last night's episode was over, I looked at IMDB and found pretty much every board saying it's a fake. So at least I'm not the only one.
Kind of disappointing, but I suppose real people would actually make the decision quickly, then there'd be no show. Oh well.
Heh, oh yeah. Was listening to "L'America" by The Doors last night. I don't often really listen to the words, so I miss a lot of funny or weird things. Now, I thought I heard Jim say "duck" or "luck", or something. And well, there aren't many words you can stick in there to rhyme with "duck" or "luck". Hmm… well, now that I think about it… tuck, puck, suck, buck, muck… well, there's a few… but I mean, one LOGICAL one, right? Cor. I had to go back and listen to the line again. Then I laughed. Oh, how I laughed.
