So, I was on the IMDB board for the Keith Moon movie. Someone posted something like "is there going to be nudity in the film?". So I'm like "of course there'll be nudity — the movie's about Keith Moon, after all!"
And they deleted it! What's their problem? It wasn't offensive. They were just asking a question! You know, I might want to know if there is nudity in a movie before watching it in case I want to watch it with my grandma!
I realize sarcasm is hard to detect over the internet. My reply was a joke. Obviously I have no idea if there will be nudity!
But they deleted both posts! If it was just mine, sure, I'd be pissed, because I tend to think I'm pretty funny, but THEY WERE ASKING A BLEEDIN' QUESTION!
And there are SO many other things that should be deleted before something like that. I don't usually post on IMDB boards because EVERYTHING you say will be taken the wrong way and it will result in a flame war.
I was just reading the Desperate Housewives boards, and someone was saying how the show is so racist because the slutty maid is Chinese. People were replying making good points everywhere, but this dumbass doesn't realize that she is probably one of the more moral people on the show. She hasn't killed anyone, and I'd say that's probably quite a bit worse than sleeping with someone you shouldn't be. People take things so bloody seriously, accusing everything of being racist, when usually it's the person who started the topic who is racist.
Anyway, I really should be working on Dorian Gray, seeing as it is due on Monday. And I can't find a rubric. I suspect she didn't give it to us, because it seems Jada and Michelle couldn't find theirs either. Oh well.
Bwhaha, on a completely unrelated note, as I was leaving today, I saw this kid at school wearing — get this — a Frampton Comes Alive t-shirt! BWHAHA!
