I am angry. I watched Call For Help. They had a segment about blogs. I have a blog. They show several simple but beautiful blogs. I have the bright idea to make a new simple blog layout, because this one is crowded.

I make said layout. I love said layout.

I have the bright idea to go look at other blogs to compare.

I see one blog with a beautiful header image and transparent navigation and content boxes and dashed borders and it is absolute perfection. I see one blog with few colours and no graphics and it is also absolute perfection.

I look at my new layout. I despise said new layout.

I also refresh the blog posting page and have to rewrite my beautifully written post, which I assure you was much more beautiful the first time around.

Let's see. Let's put a solid colour behind the title and see if that fixes it…

Hmm. Yes. That does make it a little better. But there's still something wrong. Something around the edges…

Well, changing the font of the top links makes it better. More simple.

Adding a bunch of things to do at the bottom is nice. But I'm awful at writing up blurbs about myself.

I don't know if I want it professional or personal. Right now it's more of a personal fun type blog. And that's not working too well. I think I need to go for professional.
