Why am I always drawn to things that I can't have?
For example. Joanie Loves Chachi. I've never seen the show. But I'm sure I would love it. But there's no chance I'll ever see it. They'll never release it on DVD, and there is no way in hell that it will ever be shown on TV again. I will never ever have Joanie Loves Chachi.
Dead Like Me. Great show. Wonderful show. Wouldn't say a word against the show. But it's only on for two seasons. TWO SEASONS! That's all I get. Nothing more. Two seasons.
What was that other show that was only on for two seasons? Oh right. The Monkees.
So we've established I'm not good at picking "hit shows". I don't like the popular shows. The ones that make the stations all the money.
But I'm also good at picking shows that I will never see in North America.
Never Mind the Buzzcocks.
I'd never heard of this show before tonight. I found a link to a video of it on YouTube featuring John Entwistle. Here is that wonderful clip.
What an awesome show. It's about music. I know music! And there's celebrities on the show! Well, occasionally. Only two I knew, of the videos that I could find. Johnny, of course, and Slash from Guns N' Roses. The rest I think are British artists from today. I don't know American artists from today. How would I know British ones?
Anyway. Great show. I am in love with this show. But I've seen all the clips of it on YouTube.
Okay. I'm not that great at the show. Jet was the only song I could figure out from the "intro music" game. Couldn't even get The Beach Boys. Oh well. I blame them for doing a crappy version.
Well.
I planned on going to sleep earlier tonight. But then I had to go find that awesome show. Great. Stupid show.
