Things I never thought would happen, but did

• Paul McCartney writes a song called "Jenny Wren". (July 2005)
• "Charles in Charge" is released on DVD. (February 2006)
• Michael Nesmith's new album, "Rays" is released. (April 2006)
• "Two Sides of the Moon" is rereleased. (June 2006)
• "Joanie Loves Chachi" is on TV in this millennium. (September 2006)
• Pete Townshend's Lifehouse Method begins. (April 2007)
• "Dead Like Me" returns. (April 2007)

Long ago, I never would've expected any of these events to ever actually happen. Partly because I didn't like Scott Baio or "Dead Like Me" years ago, but besides that. These things just seemed impossible, and when they did happen, each and every one, I am fairly certain I was squealing and giggling and jumping up and down for a long while.

Now, there are some other things I've kind of given up on, and these are as follows:

• "Charles in Charge" season two is released on DVD. (November 2007)
• Led Zeppelin reunion. (December 2007)
• Jim Morrison is alive.
• Scott Baio's new TV show. (July 2007)
• "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" is recognized for the masterpiece it is.
• Michael Nesmith plays a concert anywhere.
• The Monkees are inducted into the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame.
• Keith Moon movie.

But, never say never, right?
